How can I place an order? TOP

You can order Storks with our company three (3) ways. You may call us at (916) 247-0808 24 hours a day. If we don't answer immediately, please feel free to leave us a message and we will call you right back!
 
You may also order off of our website. We receive orders all day long on our website and you may also pay with your credit card thru PayPal directly off of our website.
 
You may also print a "pre-order"form and send it to the address noted on the order form. This is a sure way of never having to hear "we're out of stock"!

Delivery Fees & Areas TOP

We have a very large delivery area. Areas include: Lincoln, Roseville, Rocklin, Granite Bay, Antelope, North Highlands, Rio Linda, Orangevale, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, Gold River, Folsom, Carmichael, Fair Oaks, Arden Sacramento, Natomas area, Downtown, East Sac, West Sac, South Sac and Elk Grove.  If you would like a Stork delivered to a further point outside of our usual delivery areas, please make the request and we will quote you a delivery fee. 

We do deliver absolutely FREE to West Roseville (Woodcreek Area), Antelope & North Highlands.

Unfortunately with the increase in fuel costs, we have been forced to adjust our delivery fees. We make zero profit on delivery. We simply pass our mileage/gas onto each order. If we can deliver our orders in bulk, everyone gets a break in delivery fees. Pre-reserve when you can! It helps us plan delivery's and everyone saves.

$15 Delivery Area:
Rocklin, Granite Bay, Natomas & Arden Area
 
 
$20 Delivery Area:
Down Town Sacramento, East & West Sacramento, Lincoln & Loomis 
 
$25.00 Delivery Area:
South Sacramento
 
 
$30 Delivery Area:
Elk Grove (please call if your delivery address is Elk Grove. Some areas border on a higher delivery area. If you call us, we will run your address and calculate the mileage)
 
 
$40 Delivery Area:
Galt, Lodi,Wilton, Acampo, Rancho Murieta, Placerville, Auburn, Penryn, New Castle, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park, Shingle Springs and Diamond Springs.
 

When do you deliver the signs? TOP
We deliver within 24 hours of your order or sometimes sooner! We try to make every event special and just want the customer wants!

What are the average size of the signs? TOP
Our "Original Stork" sign is 7 feet tall and unique to the West Coast. You won't find them anywhere else. Our "New Cool Stork" is 8 feet tall and absolutely adorable.

Can the sign be moved if we want to put it in a different spot? TOP
For the safety of others, we ask our signs not be moved. If you feel the sign needs to be moved for any reason, call our company and we will move the sign for you. Please keep in mind that if the sign has to be moved, we will need to pass on a fee for our driver coming out to your home. 

What if the sign gets damaged? TOP
We get asked this question all the time.  If the sign gets stolen, we will ask for a flat fee of $100.00.  If the sign gets damaged, we will try to see what it would take to repair it. If it is repairable, we will only charge what it would take to repair the sign.  Please don't let this question scare you!  We have NEVER had a damaged or stolen sign. People usually don't vandalize Stork Signs.   

How far in advance should I place my order? TOP

We ask for 24 hours however we understand each situation is different. If we can accomodate same day deliver, we will.

When is payment due? TOP
Payments are due at the time the sign is ordered if you are ordering off of our website. If you do not order off of our website, we usually collect payment at the time of delivery. If the Stork rental is a gift, we also will invoice you. We try to make this simple for everyone!

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We take Cash, Checks & MC & Visa.

How do I get my payment to you? TOP

You may get a payment to us in a few ways. Usually a payment is collected at the time of order. We do this by credit card. You may pay online at the time your order is placed. This payment goes thru Pay Pal and is completely confidential and secure.
 
If you phone in your order and still want to use a credit card, we will send you a invoice in which you can pay thru a link that goes directly thru Pay Pal. Again, this is completely confidential and secure.
 
If you do not want to pay by credit card, we ask that a check is placed under the mat at the home where the stork will be delivered. Our drivers usually deliver in the evening and don't usually knock on doors or disturb anyone. Simply place the check under the mat and the driver will pick it up. Please write the payment out to "Celebrations of Life".
 
You may also pay by cash.

Are your signs safe? TOP
They are 8 feet tall and can be heavy if they fall. We ask for children not to play around our signs so they will not fall. They are not safe to play around.

What is your cancellation policy? TOP
We start making your sign sometimes immediately after your order is placed. If your customized sign is already made, we will charge you $15.00. If our delivery person is already on their way to deliver your sign, you would be charged $15 for the Customized Sign plus delivery fee.

How are signs displayed? TOP
We place the signs in your front yard lawn. Each Stork is mounted to a metal stake that is driven into your lawn about 2 feet. The lawn is not damaged and a small hole is left.
